We should learn to forgive ourselves when we make mistakes.  None of us are perfect.  We are all prone to error.  Yet, let us learn from our mistakes and strive to handle the situation better when we face it again.  If we can’t forgive ourselves, how can we expect to forgive others.  Sa Ra
