Compassion

Innerstand the importance of Compassion.  Strive to innerstand others for who they are and how they came to be that way.  When we innerstand others and the root of their actions and reactions, we realize that what they do is not about us.  We are then able to forgive their trepasses and be without malice towards them.  Sa Ra

What about Tomorrow?

Give not excessive thought about tomorrow.  For we know not whether it will come. Tomorrow is not guaranteed to us, now is all there is.  Focus on what can be done now and appreciate every moment and every person in our lives.  Do what is necessary to plan for the future, but be not attached to it.  Sa Ra

Compassion through Understanding

Learn to have compassion for others by understanding them for who they are, not for how we think that they should be.  When we do so, we come to understand that the reasons for their actions have little to do with us.  Sa Ra

Will Finding a Perfect Mate Bring Happiness?

Finding the “perfect” man or the “perfect” woman; the man/woman of our dreams will not solve any of our problems or bring happiness.  For one, such a person does not exist.  Searching for this mythical person will lead only to misery, frustration, sadness and disappointment.  The source of eternal peace and happiness lies within oneself.  Sa Ra

Love and emotions

Love causes no suffering or pain.  Love does not create or result in bitterness, anger, depression, sadness or frustration.  These emotions are the shadows of attachment.  If you have experienced these emotions in any relationships, you were not in love; you were attached.  Sa Ra

Love Is

Love is, always was and shall always be.  Love requires no proof or demonstration.  Love requires nothing in return.  Love is not bounded by time or space.  Love is not possessive or controlling.  Love does not result in negative emotions or pain.  Love is God.  Do you truly love? Something to think about!  Sa Ra

Attraction

If we find ourselves disappointed in the quality of people that we attract to us, we need to look at ourselves to evaluate what we need to improve upon.  We attract according to the vibrations that we put out into the Universe.  If we want to attract better quality, we must improve ourselves. Yield Not To Anger

Yield not to anger.  Anger creates negative vibrations in the Universe that adversely affects the surroundings and others.  But more importantly anger is a destructive emotion that eats away at the core of our being.  It is one of the most potent weapons in the arsenal of Ego to prevent our Spiritual ascension.  Sa Ra
